Timothy Chukwudi Godfrey, the Nigerian gospel artist finally ties the knot with Erica Katrina his fiancée on the 23rd of April,2022.
Tim Godfrey as he is called on stage is an urban contemporary, Christian hip pop and contemporary worship artist. He was born in August, 1980 in Kaduna, Nigeria. He is the second born of six children to Mr. and Mrs. Victor Godfrey.
He had his basic education in Kaduna, Nigeria and furthered to attain his Doctorate degree in Fine Arts in Musicology at the Trinity International University of Ambassadors, Georgia, USA in 2018.
Tim Godfrey began work as a professional musician 2004, February 14th and has worked hard since and groomed himself into a multi award winner and the commander of the Xtreme Crew.
In 2018, his song Nara which featured Travis Greene gave him a lot more popularity as the breakout hit song gained over 60 million views on YouTube. Before then, he was already known as the mind behind the annual Fearless Gospel Concert which has featured international gospel artists like Kirk Franklin, Marvin Sapp, Travis Greene, Israel Houghton, JJ Hairston and some Nigerian artists like Sammie Okposo and many more.
Dr. Tim Godfrey is a single dad to a handsome son called Bryan. Whether he has been married before is unknown.
Interestingly, He proposed to his to his newly wedded wife, Erica Katrina exactly 18 years after he became a professional musician (14th February, 2022), prior to his wedding day, he unveiled the lady’s identity and shared how excited he is to have her in his life by tagging @ericakatrina in a post where they matched outfits.

On the 23rd of April, 2022, he tied the knot with his fiancée in U.S.A. On the morning of his wedding, he shared on his Instagram page how excited he is about his wedding day and how is prepared to take that bold step.
