Rev. Dr. Mary Ghansah, gospel music trailblazer and “Onyame Nnae3” hit maker releases a new song titled SONGS OF PRAISES. She has this to say about this new song.
“Songs of Praises” was the theme song for the annual program “More Than A Song” 2020 edition which had the theme (as laid on my heart by the Spirit of God): My Life, My Sacrifice taken from Romans 12:1 which reads:
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service
The focus is our lives…God does not want our cars, our money, all though these are all good but God needs our lives. 2 Corinthians 8:5 also talks about how they gave their lives to God and also gave to the Apostles.
“I was led to feature Sly Seidu and Joyous Qwame. Besides, Joyous Qwame is my music director and there is the portion of the song that I thought he could do it better.”
