Diana Hamilton's God Has Done It Again At Awake Experience 2023 Kumasi

Diana Hamilton’s Awake Experience 2023 in Kumasi was an experience that shall linger on for a season. What a night!!

Wooooow! Last Sunday night at the Bantama Church of Pentecost, we were treated to another mind blowing Awake Experience with Diana Antwi Hamilton.

Let us beginning at the beginning. Shall we?

Arriving at the event venue on Saturday, I met the stage lighting and LEDs were already fixed by Genet Services and checks were ongoing

Our sound engineer Ps Jonathan Kakraba Jnr was already done with set up and was doing checks with his team.

The next day, Sunday, the event day, the ushers from CBCInc Ushering and #TeamDH were there on time to rearrange chairs and to get their working orders. They were ready at their posts in time for the action.

The audience were already trickling in.

Kumasi is know for being very exuberant when it comes to concerts of their favorite artistes of which Diana Hamilton is one.

The security Suavo team were at post to ensure order and curb any form rowdiness.

Footprint TV arrived at the venue and set up their cameras and were ready for action.

Manuel Bilson CEO of Manuel Photography and his team were also ready take photographs

Affreh Junior and his band were The carpet band for the guests on the bill and did their sound check with the artistes

Diana Hamilton also had her Soundcheck with her team.

When it was 5pm, the gates were opened and the audience were ushered into their rightful places.

The MCs for the night, Rev Jeremiah Takyi Tawaiah and Mr. Katar took over and opened the programme.

First on the bill was Japhet Adjetey. He ministered powerfully and ended with his own song.

Maame Adwoa Antwiwaa was next to bless the audience with beautiful songs of worship.

Rev Moses OK took the audience down memory lane as he dished his songs back to back and ended with his new single ENNE MENKO

The ever beautiful Ceccy Twum with her anointed delivery. I love her DI WO HENE song. It does me something anytime she ministers it.

I love that she always comes early and sits till the end and supports each artiste who is on the bill by vibing to their music.

Piesie Esther woooosh. Somebody say HEnergy!! She never runs out of steam. The audience were thrown into a frenzy as she ministered her fast tempos.

It seemed like everyone was waiting for WAYE ME YIE. A song that touches the soul of many because of how it applies to everyone in one way or the other. He hubby who is always with her, is a great support to his wife. He took videos of her as she ministered.

Next Diana Hamilton was introduced by the MCs and she blessed the audience with various tunes. Beginning with her rendition of BEHOLD HE COMES, followed by songs from her discography, served back to back.

Diana called Bernice Panford, a UK based Ghanaian Gospel Artiste up stage to join her sing.

Some say she has some mannerisms that are similar to Diana Hamilton. She has a sweet spirit and a genuine heart.

The audience filled the room and where in high spirits as the sang along and danced and they wished the event could go on and on.

Diana Hamilton gave a story about her sister and how God came through for her and how that story became a song

Her sisters were present and one of them came up to sing ADOM with her. I almost couldn’t differentiate their voices.

Diana Hamilton always spends time to thank her team, sponsors, guests and anyone who has helped in one way or the other to make her ministry and the event a success.

There is one thing I love about Awake Experience each year: The time of closing.

DH will always take pictures with her fans. This year was no different.
