Adwoa Armah, a UK based gospel artiste, set to celebrate her 10th year anniversary of her annual event dubbed HIS PRESENCE with Lady Adwoa. This will happen on the 3rd of September 2022 at 5pm at the Praise Gate Temple. Check Flyer for exact location.
Adwoa Armah is a lover of God, a worshipper and a mother of 2. She works as a full time project manager, and does a bit of talk show hosting on the side. She is the founder of Hope Assured Foundation. It is a charity organization that reaches out to orphanages, underprivileged children, as well as children with special needs.
Adwoa Armah informed us that the first edition of “IN HIS PRESENCE” was in 2011. She told us how it came about.
She had a pressing need to reach out to underprivileged children and those with special needs. She did not know how to go about it or how to fund this dream. One day as she was lying down, God laid it upon her heart to use her gift as a minstrel to reach out to people and raised funds for it.
Her first concert was actually the launch of her foundation. So her event is in two folds: An evening of praise and worship and a forum to raise funds for Hope Assured Foundations.
She has been able to reach out to orphanages in Ghana like Shekinah Homes, New Life Orphanage, Rhema Orphanage, Fafraha Orphanage, and supported the children’s hospital with medical supplies from the proceeds of the event.
Music Journey
Adwoa Armah released her first album in 2008, with 8 songs on it. They were sold on CDs. They are not found on the online stores. From then till date she has released 5 singles.
Her 6th single will be dropping on the 3rd of September 2022. She has a few covers and worship medleys on her YouTube channel. All her 5 singles can be found on YouTube and all the online digital stores.
“Faithful God” and “God of Wonders” are doing very well in terms of views. But the minister is more about the impact the songs has on anyone who listens the song. She prays her songs will bless anyone who needs encouragement in one way or the other. But she praises God if the numbers go up.
Faithful God was written by MOG and was produces by Joe Wilson in London. God of Wonders was written by lady Adwoa and she featured MOG. He wrote the part he sang. It was produced by Oshogbo in Ghana.
When asked who she looks up to, she said “I look up to God first and foremost. I also look up to most of the gospel music minister that have gone on before us. They have been an inspiration to us. I can’t really mention one person because I pick something from everyone of them and put them together to make me a better person. There is something to emulate from everyone of them.”

Adwoa Armah mentions that the support for her ministry has been great, but could be better. She mentions some supportive bloggers like Glover’s hub and Hypes media always posting and sharing her flyers. Footprint TV also announcing her programme on their show, PAAMTV UK by Ps Augustine who has been an amazing support. He reaches out when her singles come out and also pushes her event flyers. She also thanks and shows her appreciation Clement Afreh and @CBCInc_Hypes for all that he and our agency have done for her.
Her family has been her major support system these 10 years. Her pastor also and some of her amazing friends.
