As a song writer and worship leader, Eugene Zuta has distinguished himself since his debut album in 2008, which featured timeless songs like Fameye, Ampara, Yebosom Wo, and songs like Wo So (Yesu eee), Se Wo, Faithful God, Papa, W’ayeyi and many others on his subsequent projects.

Being a person who has been on this music journey for long, Eugene remains focused on the message of Jesus, and faithful to the call of leading people to God through spirit-filled songs.

Shampele is his latest release. It forms part of his 6th album named “God Is” to be released in 2023.

The song, Shampele, is an afro praise jam that affirms God’s rule over life’s circumstances and evokes joy and faith in the heart of the listener.

“Shampele” is a coinage or a made-up-word, which in the context of this song, means “a certainty that something is what it is said to be”- Thus “Shampele” is the certainty that Jesus is the only name we know!!!

Therefore, to Eugene Zuta and his team, ChristLife Music, the songs on the ‘God Is’ album bring people to a place of total faith in God’s existence and an assurance of His presence in this season of uncertainties.
