Eunice Agbo: The title of the song is “Glory to the Lamb,” and I received it through divine inspiration.

Clement Afreh: That’s incredible. Now, when was it released, and what was the inspiration behind the song?

Eunice Agbo: The song was released on December 25th, 2023. The inspiration came from a divine encounter where Jesus taught me to use the key of praise to open seemingly impossible doors. The song is a reminder of our victory over sin and death, as stated in 1 Corinthians 15:57.

Clement Afreh: Fascinating. Can you walk us through your songwriting process? How do these songs come to you?

Eunice Agbo: Most of the time, it happens in dreams. However, I also receive inspiration while listening to sermons and during private moments of worship and prayer.

Clement Afreh: It’s amazing how inspiration can strike in various ways. Now, tell us about the message you want people to take away after listening to “Glory to the Lamb.”

Eunice Agbo: The song aims to keep us conscious of our victory over sin and death, as mentioned in 1 Corinthians 15:57. It encourages us to consistently give glory to the One who achieved this incredible feat.

Eunice Agbo: Currently, the song is available on YouTube, and soon it will be on all major digital stores.

Eunice Agbo: The response has been amazing, Clement. People have been immensely blessed by the song and find it constantly ringing in their spirits. The support from the media, churches, fellow gospel artistes, and corporate institutions has been overwhelming.

Clement Afreh: Wonderful to hear. Now, before “Glory to the Lamb,” what was your last released song, and when was it released?

Eunice Agbo: My last song was “Meyi Nyame Aye,” released on April 13th, 2023, about 8 months ago. It’s also available on YouTube.

Clement Afreh: Impressive. Moving on, do you host your own annual music event? Can you briefly tell us about it?

Eunice Agbo: Yes, we started in March 2023, and we’re planning to have it annually in September. It’s a gathering of thirsty souls for a time of refreshing and revival, aptly named “Back to Jesus!”

Clement Afreh: Sounds like a powerful event. Finally, any last words for the gospel and Christian music fraternity in Ghana and the diaspora?

Eunice Agbo: The fields are ripe and wide. Let’s keep working while it’s still day, for the night is coming when no man can work.
