HERTFORDSHIRE, UK – YAT MINISTRIES is thrilled to announce the debut album launch of Yvonne Asamoah-Tawiah, popularly known as Minister Yvonne.
The launch will be held on 22nd October from 5 – 9 P.M. at the Bushey Arena, Grange Academy, Hertfordshire, WD23 3AA. United Kingdom. The theme for the album launch is “Name It and Claim It” (Mark 11:23-24).
The album launch aims to bring together a culturally diverse audience to promote a sense of community and love through music in worshipful, relatable, and engaging ways. Titled “FAITH”, Minister Yvonne’s debut album has a total of 10 songs – a blend of existing hit singles and vet-to-be-released songs.
Spearheaded by the mammoth success of her hit singles, the album is set to change destines and win souls across the globe for Christ. More importantly, portions of the proceeds from the album launch will be dedicated to assisting two (2) nonprofit organizations – the Centre for Learning and Childhood Development in Ghana and the UK Action Cerebral Palsy Unit in their efforts to help ensure the prevalence of cerebral palsy (CP) is minimized globally. Already, prominent industry stakeholders among several dignitaries from the music industry, clergy, philanthropists, and the media from the UK and Ghana have been invited.
ABOUT MINISTER YVONNE ASAMOAH-TAWIAH (YAT)
Minister Yvonne Asamoah-Tawiah (YAT Ministries) is the reigning UK-based Gospel Artiste of the Year (Ghana Music Awards-UK, 2021). Early this year, she got featured on BBC Music Introducing; making her the first-ever Ghanaian female Gospel Artiste to achieve such a feat. The Gospel diva doubles as a HR Specialist with the British Armed Forces.
Last year, she was given the rare opportunity (as an African) to lead the British Armed Forces Band in November 2021 during remembrance of the Heroes ceremony. That same year, she was published in the UK’s main edition of Black History Month Magazine.
In July 2022, Minister Yvonne won the Female Songwriter of Excellence at the famous Maranatha Awards in the United States. Her songs including “Besuka”, “Unchangeable God”, and “Conqueror” have won several awards and topped several Gospel charts in the UK and Ghana. Through her YAT Ministries Foundation, Minister Yvonne has donated items and money to several organizations including the UK Action Cerebral Palsy Unit and the Eye of the Lord Orphanage in Ghana.
