Networking, Development and Capacity Building
As we continue our journey on understanding CMAG and rallying round this great vision, I want us to consider the second objective.
To promote and provide opportunities for the continued development of Members by facilitating access to networking, education, training, promotion, and capacity building
I think this hits at the core of the needs of most of us in the Christian music space. We are minstrels in need of opportunities for continued development. How does CMAG seek to ensure this objective is met?
Our whatsapp platforms have primarily served as avenues for networking. There have been a few CMAG initiatives/endorsed events like the Hephzibah Summit, Workshop with GhMusic Publishing and a Copyright Professional from the US. But as we progress a number of initiatives are in the pipeline about to be started. We also welcome any ideas to help us achieve this objective.
All hands on deck as we support this great vision.
