Ghanaian-born gospel artist and pastor, Fonis Poku, is set to return home for a powerful live recording session and impactful charitable outreach. Now based in the U.S., Pastor Fonis has built a strong global ministry, and her return highlights her deep ties to Ghana.
Her musical and spiritual journey began in Kotobabi, Accra, and continued through Aggrey Memorial School and the University of Ghana, where she studied Business Administration. A passionate member of Scripture Union and music director during her student years, Fonis laid the foundation for her ministry. She later earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Divinity, deepening her commitment to faith and service.
Influenced by gospel icons like Daughters of Glorious Jesus and the Tagoe Sisters, Pastor Fonis’s music—such as her soul-stirring single “YAHWEH”—has blessed audiences worldwide. Her songs reflect a strong spiritual connection and a desire to minister through worship.
Alongside the live recording, she plans to make a significant donation to support local communities. Though details are under wraps, her philanthropic history suggests a focus on empowerment and upliftment.
Her return is highly anticipated, as fans and believers prepare to experience a night of divine music, spiritual renewal, and lasting impact.
