Personal Profile of Daniel Nettey

Daniel Nii Nertey Nettey, known as Daniel Nettey, is a renowned gospel minister and songwriter hailing from the vibrant city of Accra, Ghana. His musical journey began at a young age, serving at Ernest Bruce Memorial Methodist Church in Accra.

With an impressive 25 years in ministry, Daniel has served as a Music Director for various churches across Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, and the United States. He has collaborated with esteemed groups such as Shining Stars (Accra), Sing Africa, and AFRIZO in Nairobi. In 2008, he showcased his talent on the reality music show “Stars of the Future,” securing the position of 2nd runner-up. Currently, he holds the position of Vice President in African Gospel Artists, a multicultural and inter-denominational group based in Atlanta, USA.

In addition to his music pursuits, Daniel holds a Masters in IT Degree and works as a Senior Systems Engineer for a multinational company. Presently, he serves as a worship minister at Redeemers Church of Christ Maryland.

Daniel’s discography includes impactful songs like “I Need You,” “We Are Here,” “Secret Place,” “Moko Be,” and “Oda.” Currently, he is preparing to release his Thankful Project Phase 1, featuring songs like “Yeshua,” “I Need You (Reprise),” and “We Proclaim.” His deepest desire is to utilize the gift and talent bestowed upon him by God to evangelize and lead many to salvation in Christ Jesus.
