This Easter Monday, the iconic Royal Albert Hall—home of the BBC Proms—will come alive with a powerful wave of praise as it hosts the maiden edition of PraiseTival! Over 5,000 worshippers are expected to gather for this unforgettable celebration, themed around the Hebrew word “Barach”, meaning to kneel in adoration.
Spearheaded by Ayobami Soetan of the Lightchild Family, PraiseTival is more than just a concert—it’s a global worship experience. With a diverse lineup of gospel powerhouses, the night promises explosive praise, heartfelt worship, and divine encounters.
From Jamaica, Chevelle Franklyn will bring her reggae-infused gospel anthems, sure to set hearts ablaze. South African sensation Ntokozo Mbambo, known for her soul-stirring vocals, is ready to deliver a show-stopping performance. Ghana’s own Joe Mettle will shake the hall with hits like Bo Noo Ni and Kadosh, while UK favorite and MOBO winner CalledOut Music will return from his U.S. tour to inspire with his signature sound.
And don’t miss a special set by the Lightchild Family, whose harmonies and passion will usher in a glorious atmosphere.
As Ayobami puts it: “Who says Christians can’t have fun while praising God?”
