Agape Incorporated split the audience at Kumasi City Mall in half on boxing day. This is unprecedented for a gospel event at the Kumasi City Mall on a public holiday.
Agape Pill, the annual worship event of Agape Incorporated was held at the Kumasi City Mall on 26th December 2022. This date is a fixed date for each year.
The event started late due to some technical hitches, but once it was sorted out, it was back to back with the guests on the bill.
The event started with at time of praise with Ps Alfred Owusu Sekyere. He rendered his Nigerian Praise medley compilation. This got the audience into the praise mood.
The Agape Juvenile choir then came on and gave the audience a lovely time with their versions of the songs they ministered. You could see the children in the audience come unto the dance floor to dance.
Quame Gyedu took the audience through a time of worship backed by Agape Incorporated. And when he was done, he gave the audience a taste of his new single Asendua.
The host Agape Incorporated was up next and ministered a series of Highlife medley. The next song AGYEMANG which is one of the crowds favourite was led by the MD of the choir. Spotted a Korean dancing to the music.
The resident sound Engineer, Emsarp came up to give a patois intro for the next song. The crowd was thrown into frenzy and danced their hearts out.
Next up was Kofi Owusu Peprah. He was recently awarded New Discovery Artiste Of The Year at the recent Praise Achievement Awards. He led the audience through a time of worship backed by Agape Incorporated. You can tell that he lives by the catch phrase, “Every time is worship time”.
The altar call time saw a couple of people give their lives to Christ. This is great joy for the ministry as there is rejoicing in heaven over one soul that comes to the saving knowledge of Christ.
A major highlight of the programme was the honoring of bro Emma, popularly known as, Minister Clapper or The Nation’s Clapper. He was appreciated for being an ardent follower of the Agape Incorporated and its events. In his acceptance speech, he narrated how many, including pastors have mistaken his style of praise to God, for being insane, psychotic or mentally unstable. So he was grateful to the ministry for showing him love and honour in this manner and on this huge platform.
Kofi Owusu Peprah came up again to take the audience through a time of praise. And then Agape closed off the night with their hit tune, AGAPE LOVE.
Merry Christmas and a Glorious 2023.
